The short version

  • This tool organizes the exposure history you type in and lists screenings worth discussing with a clinician, with the reason for each. It does not diagnose, test or predict anything, and it does not order anything.
  • Software writes the summary. It can be wrong. Check anything that matters with your own doctor.
  • It is not a fitness-for-duty evaluation and nothing is reported to an employer or insurer.
  • The summary belongs to you. You decide who reads it.
  • It is free. There is nothing to pay and no subscription to cancel.
  • You need to be 18 or older.

1. Agreeing to these terms

Using ThePharmaBridge (the "Service") means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. What the Service actually does

You answer questions about your years of service, the incidents you have worked, your known exposures, your PPE practice, your age, sex and smoking history, any screenings you already have, and any symptoms you want to record. The Service organizes that into a written summary of your occupational exposure history and a list of screenings worth considering because of it, each with the reason it applies to you and a reference to published guidance such as NFPA 1580 (2025), the USPSTF, NIOSH and IARC. It also drafts a coverage summary a physician can edit when documenting why a test is needed.

The summary is generated by software, including a third-party AI model, from the information you provide. Its purpose is to help you have a better-informed conversation with a healthcare provider. That is the whole scope.

ThePharmaBridge Inc. is a for-profit company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the IAFF, NFPA, NIOSH, the CDC, or any fire service organization or government agency.

3. What the Service is not

This is not medical advice, and it is not a medical test.

Everything the Service produces is for information and education only. It is not a diagnosis, a clinical assessment, a prognosis, a test result, or an order for any test, and it is not a substitute for examination by a licensed clinician. The screenings it lists are considerations for discussion, each referenced to published guidance; your clinician decides what, if anything, is appropriate for you.

The Service does not detect, diagnose or predict cancer or any other disease, and it does not calculate a personal risk score. Population research about firefighters as a group tells you nothing definite about any individual, including you.

It is not a fitness-for-duty evaluation and does not satisfy any medical evaluation requirement your department or any standard may impose on you.

Never delay seeking medical advice because of something you read here. In an emergency, call 911.

4. Software-generated content can be wrong

The summary is produced by an AI model working from the answers you gave. It can:

  • Produce inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date information
  • Misread what you meant by an answer
  • Cite guidance that has since been revised
  • Omit something that is genuinely relevant to you

Verify anything that matters with a qualified healthcare provider. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose of the content generated. Its usefulness also depends on the accuracy of what you enter — if the input is wrong, the summary will be too.

5. Your side of it

  • Answer honestly and as accurately as you can
  • Decide for yourself whether and with whom to share the summary
  • Do not use the Service to give medical advice to anyone else
  • Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or otherwise abuse the platform
  • Keep your account credentials to yourself, if you create an account

6. What you agree to when you submit

Submitting the intake form means you agree to us:

  • Collecting and processing the occupational and health information you entered
  • Sending it to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your summary
  • Storing your submission and the resulting summary on our servers
  • Using aggregate, non-identifying patterns to improve the intake questions
  • Emailing you your link, if you gave us an email address

If you joined a department using an invite code, your department's administrator sees only aggregate figures for the department as a whole — how many members took part, and counts by category. They cannot open, read, or download any individual member's summary, and any group smaller than five is withheld entirely so a count cannot be traced back to one person. We will never sell your data. The Privacy Policy sets all of this out in detail, including how to have your data deleted.

7. Cost

The Service is free for firefighters and for departments. There is no payment step, no subscription, and no upsell. If that ever changes, we will not do it retroactively or quietly.

8. Ownership

The platform, its design and its underlying technology belong to ThePharmaBridge Inc. The summary generated from your data belongs to you. Download it, print it, hand it to your doctor, keep it, delete it — your call.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThePharmaBridge Inc. and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on content it generates, including health outcomes, medical decisions or missed diagnoses.

You use the Service at your own risk. This applies even if we were advised such damages were possible. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThePharmaBridge Inc. and its operators from claims, damages or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.

11. Ending access

We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or for conduct that harms other users or the platform. You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data whenever you want — see the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised version, and we will email registered users about material changes.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
