It does not constitute a medical diagnosis, clinical assessment, prognosis, or treatment recommendation. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified and licensed healthcare provider.
Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice based on content from this platform. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

- You are responsible for how you use the generated reports, including whether and how you share them with healthcare providers
- You must not use the Service to provide medical advice to others
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
6. Consent to Data Processing
By submitting the intake form, you explicitly consent to:
- The collection and processing of your self-reported occupational health data
- Transmission of that data to our AI processing provider for analysis, under a Business Associate Agreement
- Storage of your intake data and generated report on our servers
- Use of anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement
Your data will never be sold. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
