Your department cannot read this. Your answers and your packets are visible to you and to whoever you choose to share them with. Department accounts see de-identified counts only — never your intake, your symptoms, or your name.

The intake asks about the fires you've worked, the gear you wore, and the exposures you remember. It takes about ten minutes. It produces a written summary of your occupational exposure history, with screening topics drawn from public CDC, NIOSH and NFPA guidance, that you can hand to your own physician.

    • ✓Once you finish, your packet appears here and stays here. You can reopen or re-download it any time.
    • ✓You can do more than one over the years. Each is kept separately so your history builds up.
    • ✓Your department never sees what you wrote — see “Your data” below.

    Your data

Where it goes, who can read it, and how to get rid of it.

Who can read what you wrote
You can. Anyone you choose to share a packet or its link with can. Nobody at your department can. Department accounts see de-identified totals for the whole department, and only once enough packets exist that no individual can be picked out of them — never your name, your answers, your symptoms, or whether you submitted at all.
    How your packet gets made
Your intake answers are processed by an automated system that matches your reported exposures to publicly available occupational health guidance and writes them up as discussion topics. It does not diagnose you, score your health, or predict anything about you.
Anyone with a packet link can open it
A packet link works without signing in, so it can be opened by anyone who has it. That is what lets you forward one to a physician. Treat the link like the document itself — send it only to people you mean to read it.
    Keeping your own copy
Download the PDF of each packet from the list above. That copy is yours and stays yours regardless of what happens to your account or your department's participation.
    Deleting your data
You can ask for your account and every packet on it to be deleted, at any time, without giving a reason. This is handled by a person today rather than a button — the request is answered within 30 days. Download any PDF you want to keep before you send it, because deletion is permanent.
